Once they know the root cause, your medical team (which includes your care manager) can diagnose your underlying condition and treat you. Together, you’ll develop a health plan for long-term care focused on healing.

Getting Started

• Complete in-depth medical questionnaires that provide insight into your overall health.
• Select your medical provider and health coach. The care manager team will be there to answer any questions about your membership.
• Have a 60-minute initial appointment with your medical provider to understand your health concerns and receive initial recommendations.
• Have a 45-minute initial appointment with your health coach, who will work closely with your doctor to recommend healthier habits tailored to your medical needs and lifestyle. Your health coach will help support you in implementing these changes, offering support every step of the way.

Assessments & Insights

• Complete provider-recommended blood work and advanced specialty testing tailored to your health goals.
• Review results with your medical team and receive recommendations for how to treat your symptoms and heal.
• Get your personalized health plan to address any underlying conditions with appropriate medical treatment, including recommendations for better nutrition, sleep, stress management, healthy movement, incorporating supplements and medication as needed.

Treatment & Progress

• Begin your personalized health plan, including nutrition, stress reduction, movement, sleep optimization, supplements, and medication, if necessary.
• Get 8 additional annual appointments with your medical team (4 medical visits and 4 health coach visits) plus the initial visits.
• Reassess your plan and conduct additional testing as needed.

Support & Results

• Keep tracking your progress with the PSI and continue optimizing your health with the help of your medical team.

Absolutely! We work closely with DOT, FACD, METRO, and other licensing departments. Our Everest Sleep Guard has a DOT, FACD, METRO approved microchip that monitors compliance. If you are in a rush, we can rush your compliance in as quickly as 4 weeks and ask your compliance officer for a potential extension to your deadline as soon as we start treatment.

There are some costs that are not included in your membership and may require out-of-pocket expenses:

• Sleep Treatment: Our sleep treatment includes a 1 year membership. Sleep treatment is not covered under the membership plan.
• Lab tests: Many tests are covered partially or fully with insurance, but some may require a copay or may not be covered at all. Specialty tests like heavy metal, hormone, and testosterone testing are not included in your membership.
• Complementary healing modalities recommended by Everest Sleep Center, such as acupuncture, fitness classes, medications (both prescription and over-the-counter), and supplements.

We cannot be your PCP, but Everest Sleep Center’s world-class sleep doctors, sleep coaches, and care coordinators are trained to recognize opportunities to improve your health and support your PCP to provide you the best care. As a Everest Sleep Center member, you have the option of accessing our handpicked network of health partners such as chiropractors, eastern medicine practitioners, breathwork practitioners, behavioral therapists, and functional health experts. We coordinate your care with specialists and other healthcare providers when needed, refill prescriptions, and keep a record of all your medical records.

With our root-cause resolution approach to healthcare, your Everest Sleep Center medical team isn’t just here for your sleep—we’re here to support your long-term health and wellbeing, too. Our focus on the underlying factors contributing to your health concerns allows us to heal existing conditions as well as offer preventative care by identifying and preventing risk factors that may affect your health in the future.
